Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Certain products may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons, customization, clearance sales, or other exclusions. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page where applicable.
